Chelsea has lived in The Woodlands area since 2003, and lives here with her husband and two young children. She spent the majority of her youth and young adulthood being overweight. In 2005 she got serious about her health and fitness goals, eventually losing over 50 pounds and has kept it off ever since. Chelsea loves learning about nutrition and new fitness methods like Lagree. She loves the way Lagree combines so many elements of fitness and loves that each class is a new challenge. Through her own personal experience she became extremely passionate about coming along side others on their own fitness journeys. She began teaching group fitness classes in 2010 and it has been such a rewarding and amazing experience. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or just to feel healthy and great in your own skin she would love nothing more to encourage and coach you along the way.
