Originally from Michigan, Liz’s first move was to Chicago to attend Northwestern University. She balanced her major in Broadcast Journalism while being a member of Northwestern’s Womens Lacrosse team and coaching lacrosse at a Chicago area high school. After working in sports journalism and corporate event hospitality, Liz moved to the East Coast and made a career change to event management in the DC area. Liz switched from her fast-paced career as an event manager to the even faster-pace lifestyle of a stay-at-home mom. Her family later moved to sunny, hot Texas and takes advantage of the ability to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Liz lives an active lifestyle full of biking adventures, golfing and chasing after her equally active children. Most of her previous hours in a gym were spent attending spin classes, Body Pump, Pilates and weight training. She discovered Lagree Fitness at Wicked Core while looking for a new fitness challenge. Impressed by the quick results in strength and toning, and loving the lean muscular look she achieved in a short time, her addiction and obsession grew into the desire to be an instructor. Liz is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and succeed in living a healthy, active lifestyle. Her classes are fun, challenging, efficient, and energizing to help clients attain their desired results.
